Every diagnostic and repair tool on this site runs entirely inside your browser. A file you drop into any tool is read locally using your browser's File API — it is never uploaded, transmitted, or stored on any server we operate. Close the tab and it's gone. This policy exists to cover the small amount of data that is collected — mostly by advertising — and your rights around it.
We do not collect, receive, or store the contents of any file you open in a Cracked Bunker tool, under any circumstances. There is no upload step in any tool. We do not require an account, a login, or any personal information to use the site.
A few preferences and small pieces of progress data are saved using your browser's localStorage, entirely on your own device: your theme choice (light/dark/system), your language preference, and — if you use Crack the Bunker — your rank, XP, and which challenges you've solved. None of this is transmitted to us; it stays on your device and is only readable by this site, in this browser, until you clear it yourself.
Like virtually any website, our hosting provider may automatically log basic technical information for every request — things like IP address, browser/user-agent string, the page requested, and the time of the request. This is standard web server behavior used for security and operational purposes (e.g. detecting abuse), not something we actively collect or analyze ourselves, and it never includes the contents of any file you process in a tool.
This site may display advertising served by Google AdSense. Google and its partners use cookies (including the DoubleClick DART cookie) and similar technologies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites, and to measure ad performance.

We don't currently run our own analytics, but we may add a privacy-conscious analytics service in the future (for example, to see which tools are used most) — if we do, this section will be updated to name it before it goes live.
Cracked Bunker is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us using the details below and we'll address it.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights under laws like the GDPR (EU/UK) or CCPA (California) to access, correct, or delete personal data collected about you, or to object to certain processing. Because this site itself doesn't collect personal data beyond what's described above, most such requests will actually concern data held by our advertising provider (Google) — you can exercise many of those rights directly through Google's own privacy controls.
